WHAT MEASURES HAVE YOU TAKEN TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SAFETY?
- Issuing infrared thermometers to allow team member temperature checks ahead of every shift.
- Hand sanitisers stations around the pub and in the garden.
We will also be introducing some temporary changes to the way we operate, including:
- Seated table service only which reduces capacity numbers.
- Toilets restricted to 2 at a time with distanced ques.
- Tables removed/spaced out in line with Government guidelines.
- Single entrance and exit points to the pubs where possible.
- Introduction of single-use recyclable paper menus.
- Reduced street food style of food menu
- All condiments removed from tables and replaced with sachets when requested.
- Increased cleaning regime with focus on high touch points.
- No standing at the bar or bar service, all drinks provided by table service.

IF YOU BOOK A TABLE FOR FOOD, HOW LONG CAN YOU STAY ON FOR DRINKS?
Tables are limited to 2 hours (we will adapt as demand changes – we will do our best to keep you on your table)
CAN YOU BOOK OUTDOOR TABLES WHEN BOOKING?
Yes, while the current restrictions are in place. Please note we can NOT take requests for tables, if you have mobility issues please let us know.. Although tables outside are weather dependent, we do have coverings and will do our best to fight the weather!
CAN YOU BOOK ONLINE FOR DRINKS ONLY?
Yes – Please make a comment when you book.
DO I NEED TO BOOK A TABLE?
We will only be offering seated table service while social distancing requirements are in place. This will result in reduced maximum occupancy, we strongly advise that customers book a table to guarantee their place.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
We will try to accept walk-ins, but strongly advise you to book, especially at busy times of the week.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT I CAN BOOK A TABLE FOR?
We expect all customers to follow current Government guidance on meeting people from outside your household. Current guidance is that indoor gatherings are not available. While outdoor gatherings are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles) or a group of at most six people from any number of households.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Due to the exceptional circumstances currently being faced by our pub, it is more important than ever that you let us know if you need to cancel a booking, it is not a problem, but does loose someones else a table if not notified.. Your support in this matter is appreciated.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?
Yes, customers are required to wear masks whilst moving around to tables and to the toilet. Please be aware that team members may ask customers to remove face coverings safely for the purposes of identification.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS BEFORE ENTERING THE PUB?
We are requested by the Government guidance to assist the NHS track and trace with data if needed. We will keep details for 21 days as requested to fight the virus.
HOW WILL SERVICE BE AFFECTED?
Our team members will be following social distancing guidelines, so it may take a little longer to serve you, but we hope that you will bear with us during these exceptional circumstances.
HOW WILL OUR VISIT TO THE PUB BE DIFFERENT?
Our aim is to ensure that you feel safe when visiting our pubs, while still endeavoring to create the same authentic and engaging experience that you usually enjoy in our lovely classic pub.
